Hi and welcome to Real Health Solutions 4U.  I  would like    to tell you a little about myself.  My name is  Geneva Gallander. I have been involved with Alternative Health Care for 30 years now.

My journey  along this path  began  about  40 years back.  It all began  because of  my  own  health issues. What the issues were is not nearly as important as where all this has  taken me on  my life’s journey. I tried everything took the medications had the surgeries which did not  fix the issue. Next came the spiritual aspect of  my  journey – which I have say is what kept me from going off the deep end.  Then through a  unexpected avenue I began to learn about  vitamins and nutrition –WOW– what an awakening. It was like a  whole new world opened up for me.  As  I begin to apply  some of  these  nutritional principles  my  whole life changed.
